B2B Hub does not handle any inventory. As such all refunds or exchanges for products and services procured through B2B Hub are to be done through the supplier. If you have any problems with regards to refunds please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@b2b-hub.com.au
Suppliers
B2B Hub is committed to providing a service you will love and be happy with. You may cancel your membership at any time if you are not happy with the service.
Yearly memberships
If at anytime during your yearly membership you wish to cancel B2B Hub will refund the value of the remaining months less the current month. Our yearly membership is $299. This means that the monthly cost is $24.92. B2B Hub will refund $24.92 x remaining months in your membership.
Example: If you sign up in January and decide to cancel your membership sometime in march, B2B Hub will refund you the value of the membership from April to December.
Monthly memberships
B2B Hub cannot provide a refund on monthly memberships.
