How does B2B Hub work?
As a retailer we will help you find exactly what you are looking for in a timely and convenient manner. Rather than wasting your precious time scouring the web and individually contacting each and every supplier, B2B Hub takes the guess work out of finding products or services. Simply put in a request and only suppliers that can fulfil your needs will contact you in a time and manner you decide.

Can I still see the products and services that suppliers are offering without making a request?
If you do not want to make a request you can use the search function to find products and services that suppliers have. The search function will display all products in your chosen category and the suppliers that service your location. The search function is a great tool if you are not sure what you are after but want to see what is available.
Where are your suppliers located?
B2B Hub have hundreds of suppliers all around Australia. We ask for your location to ensure only suppliers that service your location will make offers on your requests.
How do I communicate with suppliers?
You can send a direct request to a supplier through the search function. Simply find the product or service you want from them and click request.
Alternatively, when making a request you will be asked what your best contact method is (phone or email) and time. Only suppliers that accept your request will be able to see your details and you will be able to see theirs. At this point you can select whether you wish to contact them or you wish to be contacted by them in the time and manner you have chosen.
Is B2B Hub a manufacturer or supplier?
No, we do not manufacture any products or hold an inventory. But we do put you directly in touch with top notch suppliers that can help you and your business! On B2B Hub, you can search product catalogues from thousands of top suppliers and read unbiased reviews from fellow business owners.
I only need a small number of items. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary from supplier to supplier, but in general small orders tend to be harder for our suppliers to fulfill. This is one of the biggest problems retailers face when trying out new products or alternative versions of products. Here at B2B Hub we are committed to solving any and every problem retailers may face. We have a great relationship with all our suppliers. Can I return or exchange my purchases through B2B Hub?
Returns or exchange policies on products sourced through B2B Hub are handled by your individual supplier. If you’re unable to resolve an issue with a supplier, contact us at info@b2b-hub.com.au and we’ll see if we can help.
How do I cancel a request I made?
To cancel a request you have made, simply go to 'All Requests' page located in your profile and click the cancel button on the specific request you wish to cancel.
I use B2B Hub to find new suppliers and products, but I would also like to be a supplier. Is that possible?
Yes that is possible! All you have to do is make a profile as a supplier. You can then upload your products and start receiving leads! Contact the our sales team if you have any trouble creating a supplier profile at sales@b2b-hub.com.au
